Excellent business for You

I program in PHP and MySQL, I’m good at it! I want to start something that is user-generated and free and would just generate money from ads. I guess I need a partner. Anyone have any ideas?

I currenty work for a printing company but I would like to add some creativity to the mix by freelancing. I have a business name and logo done, but I don’t know where to go to make this official. I would also like to have my clients sign papers stating something to the effect of the design work being used for the purpose stated.
