Average hold time now, every time I call for the past few weeks, is over half an hour. This is small business support. I realize Yahoo is scrambling to make, save, and spend less money, but this is ridiculous and discouraging; such a large company, one would like to think they have excellent service, however, I’m not sure it exists.

I NEED HELP. Recently upgraded to another hosting package Yahoo has, and noticed they bill 3 months at a time for it, which tells me, they’re trying to show improvements in their income for (at least) this quarter, to probably sell out to MS.

And last time I spoke with some girl that really had no idea what she was talking about. I’d say she was in the wrong department. As well, she had an attitude. Sad, this is making me, and frustrated. Who can spend a minimum of half an hour on the phone, for product support, to end up speaking with an arrogant customer service ‘agent’????
