I was recently in a car accident. I took the car to a place who fixed my bumper a few months ago when I was rear-ended.

My car has over $6000 in damage and it is just a preliminary estimate!

I asked the guy to hide some or all of the $500 deductible and he said NO!

He said anyone who hides the deductible does so at the expense of the customer – meaning I would not get a quality job!

Can you and do you hide the deductible for your customers?
