To make male employees the priority for hire to limit the amount of sexual harassment claims. To keep the business running without the extra problems.?

I’m not saying not hiring females, but to prioritize the males.
Also, don’t businesses have a right to hire whoever they want? Based on whatever standards.

Someone who worked for them answering the phones is concern they will not be able to file taxes because of all accounts being seized. If I am not mistaken if they do not receive a W2 form they probably will not be able to collect their income taxes for ’08, is that right?

I work for a business that require the employees to park on the street and in front of houses. Numerous cars have been broken into, stolen, and in my case declared a total loss. My question is, are there any legal room for us to sue them, for forcing us to park on streets and in a neighborhood where its dangerous for our safety.

Someone I know received an e-mail concerning disney vacations and discounts. It was sent from a personal account, with a business e-mail added at the bottom, to a work e-mail address. This person has a personal account, which also received the same message. Is it legal for the sender to solicit a work address?
So, solicitation is legal to all e-mail accounts? Including work only related accounts?

Between two equal business partners, can one force the other to leave or sell out because of his drunken escapades while at the place of business during operating hours? He is running off business and becoming enraged and violent with the other partner and clients. he gets drunk and deficates on himself and vomits in front of clients, then sleeps in the lobby. if the police are called they tell us to call the health board and then laugh it off because they are friends with him, the health board says call the cops.

any advice?
